1. Payment Method
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in the form of bank transfer or UPI after verification.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Returns requested after 3 days will not be eligible.
3. Non-Returnable Items

4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Once approved, we will coordinate a pickup or guide you through the return process.

After inspection, we will process your refund or exchange as applicable.
5. Refunds
If a refund is approved:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
We do not offer cash refunds at the time of pickup.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
